Responsibilities

• Lead design meetings and workshops with the team and clients.
• Ensure creative and innovative design solutions that meet client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress.
• Update clients on project developments and changes.
• Advise on environmental and functional aspects of designs.
• Manage and guide junior architects and interns.
• Ensure quality control and compliance throughout all phases of the project.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of architectural experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Structural Design

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified LEED Professional
• Architectural License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in renovation projects: Background in working on renovation and restoration projects.
• Knowledge of urban planning: Understanding of urban planning principles and how they apply to architecture.
