You will be responsible for facilitating mergers and acquisitions, structuring financial transactions, and performing comprehensive market analysis. Responsibilities

• Facilitate mergers and acquisitions between clients.
• Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis for client transactions.
• Prepare investment presentations for potential investors.
• Analyse market trends to identify new investment opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with teams to structure financial deals.
• Offer expert financial advice to clients on investment strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and trends.
• Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking
