We are on the lookout for a skilled Investment Banker to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial markets. You will be responsible for facilitating mergers and acquisitions, structuring financial transactions, and performing comprehensive market analysis. Responsibilities

• Lead financial advisory sessions with clients to determine their needs.
• Prepare and present due diligence findings to stakeholders.
• Assist clients in crafting effective financial strategies.
• Support clients throughout all phases of financial transactions.
• Ensure all financial documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Conduct post-deal analyses to measure investment effectiveness.
• Represent the firm at networking events and industry conferences.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Master's degree will be advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking

Certifications
