Job Description

As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathe machines, ensuring the production of precision parts that meet our stringent quality standards. You'll work closely with the production team to adhere to timelines and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up CNC lathes for production runs.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify the quality of components.
• Run testing procedures to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain equipment logs and ensure records are up to date.
• Adhere to environmental and safety standards.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Trade certification is a plus

Experience

• Experience with multi-axis CNC machines preferred
