As an IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our internal systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, and providing user support. Responsibilities

• Assist users in understanding and utilizing IT services effectively.

• Coordinate with the IT Manager for strategic planning of IT systems.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency.
• Support the deployment of applications and software updates.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of onsite support experience

Technical Skills

• Active Directory
• Remote Support Tools

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
