Join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist and take charge of our quality assurance strategies. Your expertise will guide the testing process for our products, and you will work collaboratively with various teams to nurture a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis for defects and collaborate on solutions.
• Maintain test environments and ensure they are up to date.
• Engage in user acceptance testing with key stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics to senior management.
• Advocate for quality in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze feedback from users to drive product improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance roles

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of regulatory standards: Understanding of industry-specific regulations.
• Project Management experience: Experience managing QA projects or team is a plus.
