This role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site and remote support to users experiencing IT problems.
• Perform troubleshooting on various IT systems, networks, and applications.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of network services and applications.
• Provide training and support for user applications and systems.
• Work closely with vendors and service partners for service issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve support processes.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
