Responsibilities

• Lead projects aimed at reducing manufacturing costs and improving quality.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Analyze data to drive strategic decisions in manufacturing systems.
• Manage vendor relationships to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Assist in the development of production schedules and capacity planning.
• Evaluate employee performance in relation to manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for new systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in system engineering within manufacturing environments

Certifications
