Financial Analyst

Job Description

We are in search of a Financial Analyst who can transform complex data into clear insights. In this role, you will engage with financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial forecasting, working closely with other departments to facilitate budget planning and financial strategy. Experience within a fast-paced finance environment will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and develop financial reports that reflect business insights.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure alignment on financial practices.
• Support the month-end close process and assist with reconciliations.
• Provide analytical support for financial projects and capital planning.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and trends.
• Participate in strategic planning and investment analysis.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics is acceptable
• Master's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a financial planning or analysis role
