Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure designs align with the strategic vision of the product.
• Collaborate with developers on design implementations and resolve design issues.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine designs based on user feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in design or a similar field
• Master's degree in UX/UI design or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio
