Responsibilities

• Utilise design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma to create high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness and user engagement.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Engage with users and stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Support the team in achieving project goals and meeting deadlines.
• Explore new design techniques and tools to improve workflow.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Master's degree in UX/UI Design is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design across various platforms

Technical Skills

• Sketch
• User Testing

• Communication

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Interaction Design Foundation Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with animation and interaction design: Ability to create engaging animations that enhance user experience.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap: Understanding of using frameworks to streamline design implementations.
