We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the seamless flow of goods in our Germiston facility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a solid understanding of inventory management best practices. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient warehouse processes while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to streamline supply chain processes.
• Prepare reports on warehouse activities for upper management.
• Evaluate logistics metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with customer requirements.
• Assist in budgeting and cost management for warehouse operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution management

Technical Skills

• Warehouse Management Software (WMS)
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with OSHA Regulations: Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations.
