Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing first-class customer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with technical support requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication while supporting clients.
  • Track and analyze trends in customer issues, providing feedback for product improvement.
  • Develop technical documentation and user guides to assist both clients and internal staff.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with product changes and updates.

Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation with IT certification (e.g., A+, N+) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience
  • 3+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
