Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design processes for various projects.
• Ensure designs meet business requirements and user needs.
• Conduct competitive research to inform design strategies.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the design community.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Graphic Design, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI roles

• Nielsen-Norman Group UX Certification

Languages
