Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

• Develop standardized work procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
• Monitor production metrics and report on performance against key indicators.
• Lead projects focusing on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance overall quality and productivity.
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish baseline efficiencies.
• Implement Lean methodologies to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field
