Job Description

As the Cybersecurity Policy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cybersecurity policies and strategies to safeguard our organization’s information assets. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a risk management framework tailored to the organization's needs.
  • Advise on the implications of cybersecurity risks and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees and management.
  • Participate in incident management processes to respond to security breaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security considerations into business processes.
  • Monitor the implementation of security controls and enforce compliance.
  • Report to senior management on the status of cybersecurity initiatives and compliance frameworks.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or related disciplines
  • Professional certifications such as CISA or CRISC are beneficial
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a cybersecurity role with a focus on policy management
