Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. You will work closely with other engineers and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize software to prepare detailed project designs and simulations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Review and approve contractor work and materials.
  • Prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory submissions.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals and bids.
  • Collaborate with local authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects.
