Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Telegraph Office Manager to oversee all operations and activities within our telegraph office. The successful candidate will manage a team, ensure efficient telegraph services, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the staff in the telegraph office, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Implement improvements in office operations for increased efficiency.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of telegraph procedures and regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff as needed.
  • Review and update operational policies to meet changing industry standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Telecommunications or related field is an advantage.
Experience
  • 5 years of experience in a telegraph management role is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Knowledge of multiple telegraph systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
