• Evaluate supplier processes for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in training and mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Create project plans and timelines for process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field

Technical Skills

• Lean Manufacturing
• Six Sigma
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
