Job Description

Tech Solutions Ltd. is on the lookout for an IT Support Technician to help maintain client IT systems in Durban. You will diagnose and fix software and hardware issues, ensuring excellent client outcomes. Preference will be given to candidates with proven customer service and technical ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for technical issues within the team.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to escalate complex issues.
• Perform regular backup procedures and verify data integrity.
• Ensure optimal system functionality and uptime.
• Provide support for cloud-based services.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops for users.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT or relevant field

• 1-2 years of experience in a support role
