Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will be responsible for managing essential administrative tasks related to patient care and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, enhancing the overall efficiency of our healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative functions and improve patient care systems.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.
  • Support the hiring process for administrative and clinical staff.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of medical supplies.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Organize community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and relations.
  • Ensure efficient facility operations within budgetary guidelines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management or administration
