Job Description

We are in search of an E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategies and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in e-commerce and digital marketing, capable of developing and implementing effective sales initiatives to drive growth and improve the customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance e-commerce capabilities.
  • Establish KPI metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with IT to ensure platform reliability and security.
  • Drive customer loyalty by improving engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate on new product development with insights from market analysis.
  • Negotiate contracts with third-party service providers.
  • Influence website design and functionality to maximise conversion rates.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activities in the e-commerce space.
  • Engage with customer service to align strategies on feedback and issues.
  • Lead initiatives that support brand awareness and recognition.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • Over 5 years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
