Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for providing professional and effective technical support to clients and internal teams. The role requires a strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents and service requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
• Assist users in troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies.
• Provide feedback for improving IT support policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support
