Civil Engineer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our vibrant team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and management of civil engineering projects, ensuring that they comply with all regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engineering project schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Analyze and interpret engineering data and results.
• Implement sustainable practices in civil engineering projects.
• Ensure that projects meet legal regulations and standards.
• Monitor and report on construction site safety practices.
• Coordinate with surveyors and construction teams.
• Facilitate communication between multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil project management

Technical Skills

• Civil 3D
• Budget Management

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
