Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our Johannesburg facility. This role requires a proactive leader who can enhance efficiency, manage staff, and maintain inventory integrity. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, ensuring safety protocols, and implementing best practices in warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations with a focus on efficiency and safety.
• Supervise staff and maintain high levels of team morale.
• Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
• Develop strategies to improve warehouse processes.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with external stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
