Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
  • Ensure design quality and adherence to safety standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with team members on best practices.
  • Stay current with advancements in aerospace engineering and apply them as appropriate.
  • Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • Advanced degree in Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
