Job Description

We're seeking a Software Developer for our Cape Town office. In this role, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, from building user-friendly web applications to enhancing system functionalities. A successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in relevant programming languages and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Program in languages and frameworks such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Engage in agile development practices and sprint planning.
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems.
• Contribute to system architecture and design discussions.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to refine acceptance criteria.
• Provide support during software deployment and troubleshoot deployment issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software design and development

Technical Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git: Proficient in using Git for source control management.
