Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve existing engineering processes and designs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers in the team.
• Present engineering solutions and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle with project teams and management.
• Assist in risk assessment and management on projects.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Additional qualifications in Project Management would be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in structural and civil engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Revit
• SAP2000

Soft Skills

• Effective Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• International Certifications in Structural Design
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management experience: Practical PM experience, especially in an engineering context, is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with building information modeling (BIM): Experience implementing BIM practices across projects.
