UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative UI/UX Designer to help shape the direction of our products. In this role, you will focus on user research and interface design, translating complex concepts into simple and enjoyable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
• Translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the design process.
• Prototype and test designs for effective user interaction.
• Maintain design documentation and version control for all design projects.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field
• Additional design qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• Usability Testing

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• UX Design Certificate from a recognized institution
• Responsive Web Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience using design systems: Proficiency in applying design systems to maintain consistency across products.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks: Basic knowledge of JavaScript for collaborating with development teams.
