Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support to our clients in Durban. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various software and hardware configurations, along with strong problem-solving skills to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support issues.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance on IT procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new technology implementations.
  • Help manage IT projects and upgrades for systems.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for IT purchases and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Related technical certifications will be an advantage
Experience
  • 1+ year of help desk or IT support experience
