Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative support team in Pretoria. This role is vital for managing data accurately and efficiently within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills, ensuring all information is recorded and maintained correctly.

Responsibilities

  • Input and manage data in a timely manner.
  • Review data for errors and make necessary corrections.
  • Back up data regularly to prevent loss.
  • Work closely with other departments to gather necessary information.
  • Assist with filing and organizing documents.
  • Train and mentor junior data entry staff as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • Certificate in Data Management is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative position
