Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in all IT support interactions.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on IT equipment.
  • Implement software updates and patches across networks.
  • Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in an effective manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors for additional technical assistance.
  • Preparation of reports on IT issues and performance metrics.
