We are on the lookout for a Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining telecommunications infrastructures that support our clients' business needs. Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications projects from conception through completion.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and upgrades on telecom infrastructure.
• Analyze network usage patterns to forecast future growth needs.
• Ensure that all systems are secure and protected against breaches.
• Establish and enforce telecom policies and procedures.
• Actively participate in training and mentorship of team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry
