Seeking an Environmental Engineer for our Port Elizabeth office. This position will focus on assessing environmental risks, implementing sustainable solutions, and contributing to projects aimed at minimizing ecological footprints. Candidates should have a solid understanding of environmental legislation and a passion for innovative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate environmental management systems.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead project teams to deliver innovative environmental solutions.
• Conduct environmental monitoring and analysis for various ecosystems.
• Assist in training and developing junior staff members.
• Work on resource management strategies and renewable energy projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental engineering or consultancy
