As a Financial Analyst, your expertise will support critical decision-making processes within our company. You will analyze market trends, generate financial reports, and collaborate with various departments to optimize our financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist the Financial Manager in preparing budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and make recommendations.
• Provide support in audits and regulatory compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Collaborate in preparing presentations for senior management.
• Engage in continuous professional development to improve financial knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting
