Responsibilities

• Direct construction operations and oversee project scheduling and resource allocation.
• Ensure quality control measures are in place and followed throughout the construction process.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to guarantee smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
• Conduct site audits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.
• Guide the development of project proposals and bids.
• Promote a culture of safety and respect on the construction site.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction management
