We are seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our Cape Town team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing risks and ensuring compliance within the insurance landscape. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating policy applications and providing outstanding recommendations based on data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables.
• Contribute to the development of research frameworks.
• Analyze qualitative data and assist with coding.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret quantitative data.
• Assist in writing manuscripts for publication in academic journals.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders on research initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant academic field
• Master's degree or higher is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in academic or clinical research is preferred
