Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in Johannesburg, you'll be the forefront of our IT Support and Administration team. This role focuses on providing exceptional technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting our staff to ensure seamless technology operations. Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for audio-visual equipment during meetings.

  • Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate in IT Support or related field
  • Any relevant qualifications will be advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant IT support experience
