Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for various architecture projects, ranging from residential to commercial.
• Ensure all designs comply with local ordinances, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and develop design criteria.
• Utilize architectural software for modeling and presentations.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with architectural designs and specifications.
• Participate in design reviews to ascertain project progress and alignment with client objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Postgraduate degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 5+ years in architecture with a portfolio of completed projects

• Graphic Design Software

• Architectural Technician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Proficient
