Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to evaluate financial information, contribute to budget forecasts, and assist in the strategic financial planning process in our Johannesburg office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate the preparation of financial reports and statements for internal and external use.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models for project valuations.
• Support risk management efforts by evaluating financial risks.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure adherence to the company’s financial policies.
• Provide recommendations for improving operational efficiency based on financial metrics.
• Assist with merger and acquisition activities by performing due diligence.
• Support management in identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and trends affecting corporate finance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis roles
