Responsibilities

• Analyse production data and recommend improvements.
• Lead initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
• Assist in developing project proposals and budgets for engineering projects.
• Monitor industry trends and technologies to implement best practices.
• Engage with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Facilitate continuous improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Master's degree in Operations Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing

Technical Skills

• Statistical Process Control
• Simulation Software

• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of CAD software: Proficiency in using CAD tools for process design and analysis.
• Experience with SAP: Working knowledge of SAP in operational contexts.
