UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces, conducting user research, and transforming complex ideas into intuitive designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving user engagement and experience through creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Evaluate user interfaces for effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide insight on new design projects.
• Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and iterate on designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in design critiques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Related Field
• Advanced UX/UI certifications preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of professional design experience

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
