As an Architect with us, you'll engage in all phases of project development, from conceptual design through to construction. We're looking for someone who is well-versed in architectural software and has a passion for creating spaces that are not only functional but also enhance the living environment.

Responsibilities

• Design residential and commercial properties with a focus on sustainability.
• Compile and manage project documentation.
• Engage with local authorities for project approvals.
• Assist in developing project budgets and manage expenditures.
• Ensure that projects adhere to timelines and quality standards.
• Incorporate client feedback into design revisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in architectural projects with a focus on sustainability

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Green Building Design

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Sustainable Architecture Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
