Job Description

Join our dynamic accounting department as an Accountant in Bloemfontein. You will play a key role in preparing financial statements, processing transactions, and providing support during audits. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and compliance.
  • Assist in developing financial strategies and forecasts.
  • Communicate with clients regarding financial matters.
  • Review financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes.
  • Prepare reports for management reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and practices.
  • Implement and oversee financial systems and processes.
  • Manage cash flow and monitor expenses.
  • Assist in strategic planning and financial decision-making.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Master's degree in Accounting is a plus

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
