Job Description

As an Education and Childcare Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our childcare center, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and fostering a supportive environment for children and staff. You will be instrumental in managing staff, developing operational policies, and enhancing the quality of care we provide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic planning for the childcare center, focusing on growth and development.
  • Ensure high-quality curriculum development and implementation.
  • Foster positive relationships with families, staff, and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on child development practices.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting, including invoicing and fee collection.
  • Facilitate workshops for parents to enhance their engagement in their children's education.
  • Implement safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure children's well-being.
  • Evaluate and improve the center's operational systems for efficiency.
  • Participate in professional development activities and networking opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related field
  • Master's degree will be advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of operational management in an educational environment.
