Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Architect, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping the built environment. Your responsibilities will include project conceptualization, detailed design, and working closely with stakeholders to turn visions into reality.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
  • Research new architectural techniques and trends to apply in future projects.
  • Supervise works on-site to ensure adherence to designs.
  • Manage multiple projects from inception through to completion.
  • Conduct quality control and ensure work aligns with design intent.
  • Evaluate construction costs and provide financial estimates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Postgraduate studies in Urban Planning is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years' experience in design and project management
