Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Research new architectural techniques and trends to apply in future projects.
• Supervise works on-site to ensure adherence to designs.
• Manage multiple projects from inception through to completion.
• Conduct quality control and ensure work aligns with design intent.
• Evaluate construction costs and provide financial estimates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Postgraduate studies in Urban Planning is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in design and project management

• 3D Modeling Software
• Local Building Regulations
• Sustainable Design Practices

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Architectural Registration Examination (ARE) Certification
• Green Building Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• IsiXhosa: Basic

• Experience managing large-scale projects: Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale architectural projects.
• Familiarity with construction management software: Experience using construction management platforms such as Procore or PlanGrid.
