Job Description

The Electrical Foreman will oversee all electrical work on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality controls. The ideal candidate will manage a team of electricians, liaise with project managers, and ensure all work is completed on time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical work on multiple sites, ensuring quality and safety.
  • Read and interpret electrical plans, ensuring adherence to specifications.
  • Train and develop team members in electrical best practices.
  • Establish and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Documentation of work and reporting on progress to management.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving any electrical system issues.
  • Assist with scheduling and allocating resources effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Higher diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in electrical maintenance or construction management
