UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary UX Designer who is passionate about creating user-centric design solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers and developers to shape the user experience and ensure the designs meet both user needs and business goals. Your expertise will drive the design process, from wireframes to prototypes, ensuring a seamless flow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that illustrate design ideas.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended.
• Evaluate user feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Maintain design systems and documentation.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to project planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design or related field
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Wireframing
• User Testing

Certifications

• Interaction Design Foundation Certification
• Certified Usability Analyst

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Basic knowledge of front-end development languages.
