Job Description

The Copper Plater will play a critical role in our manufacturing process by applying conductive and non-conductive coatings to various copper materials. Candidates should be meticulous and detail-oriented, ensuring each piece meets high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust plating machines for optimal operation.
• Monitor plating processes to detect any issues and rectify them as needed.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development to enhance job skills.
• Provide assistance to other team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical qualification in metallurgy or related discipline is preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years in plating or metal fabrication.

Technical Skills

• Experience with electroplating processes
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certifications in plating technology

Languages

• English: Fluent
