Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Space Planner with a passion for design to join our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will have a knack for spatial planning and a keen eye for aesthetics, ensuring every project we undertake is both beautiful and functional.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects by translating client aspirations into design specifications.
• Utilize CAD software for creating and modifying design layouts.
• Collaborate closely with other design professionals to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure that projects are completed within established timeframes and budgets.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Identify potential challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Highlight and implement sustainable design practices.
• Facilitate client feedback sessions and incorporate changes as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Interior Architecture or Design
• Master's degree in applicable field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in design-focused roles

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• 3Ds Max

Certifications

• Interior Design Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
