Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Technical Writer to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will develop comprehensive documentation that meets business objectives and user needs. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to create clear and user-friendly content.

Responsibilities

• Draft clear and concise technical documentation that meets end-user needs.
• Provide ongoing support for documentation projects through content management.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with company standards and style guides.
• Gather user feedback to enhance the quality of documentation.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders to align documentation with user expectations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred
• Postgraduate qualification or certification in Technical Writing is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical writing experience

Languages

• English: Fluent
